The Integrated Financial Management Information & System (IFMIS) Unit is responsible for the design, development and implementation of IFMIS functionalities across Government Agencies by automating the execution and accounting processes for the effective Public Financial Management.
U-SACCOs Computerization
The Umurenge SACCOs Computerization Project is a digital transformation initiative that modernizes the operations of Umurenge Savings and Credit Cooperatives through the implementation of a Core Banking System and supporting ICT infrastructure. The project enhances operational efficiency, service delivery, security, governance, and regulatory compliance while promoting financial inclusion and integration with Rwanda's digital financial ecosystem.
e-procurement(UMUCYO)
Rwanda's national electronic public procurement (e-Procurement) system, developed and managed under the supervision of the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA). The platform digitizes the entire public procurement lifecycle, enabling government institutions and suppliers to conduct procurement activities online in a transparent, efficient, and standardized manner. The name "UMUCYO" means "transparency" in Kinyarwanda, reflecting the system's objective of promoting accountability and fairness in public procurement.
